These Terms of Use govern your use of the PropSize mobile application. By downloading or using PropSize, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
PropSize is a position size calculator designed to help prop traders calculate lot sizes based on their firm's rules, account balance, and risk parameters. PropSize is operated by Justice Ughelie, based in Ireland.
PropSize is a calculation tool only. Nothing in PropSize constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. All calculations are based solely on the values you enter. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Trading involves significant risk of loss. PropSize accepts no liability for any trading losses incurred through use of the app.
PropSize provides calculations based on user-entered values and pre-loaded firm data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that calculations are correct, complete, or up to date. Firm rules, contract sizes, and exchange rates change over time. Always verify critical values with your broker or prop firm before placing trades. PropSize accepts no liability for calculation errors or for losses arising from reliance on PropSize calculations.
PropSize is available on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
PropSize offers a free trial period. Full app access is available during the trial. Your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. No refund will be issued for charges incurred after the trial period if you did not cancel in time.
All content, design, and code in PropSize is the property of Justice Ughelie. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
You agree to use PropSize only for its intended purpose. You may not use PropSize for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app.
PropSize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Justice Ughelie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PropSize, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at propsize.app/terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
